The next 6-week challenge starts August 4th!
I’m excited to announce my 6-week challenge, “You vs. You.” We will focus on self-improvement, not comparison. It’s all about beating your past self, improving your mindset, performance, and consistency over time. Here’s the concept…compete against your previous habits, limits, and excuses. Focus more on consistency, discipline, and small wins! No matter what your goal is, this challenge is for you! Start thinking of a goal now, whether it’s to lose body fat, gain more muscle or just live/eat healthier…you should have something in mind to aim for (I’ll be asking ??)
This challenge starts Monday August 4th (inbody scans will start this week) and will end on Friday September 19th. There will be one male and one female winner. Winners will receive a custom, highly coveted, Coach Tracy trophy. This trophy comes with bragging rights as well as a swag bag of my favorite health and fitness items, and a Visa gift card!
Here’s what will be offered throughout the 6 weeks:
- 2 Inbody full body composition analysis conducted at Greenhouse gym. There will be one analysis conducted before challenge and one after so you can see your full body progress! This is a $100 value offered to you for free!
- Weekly focus emails starting with nutrition, choosing healthy food options, how to track your calories, health benefits associated with fitness, S.M.A.R.T. goals, proper water intake, pushing past plateaus, importance of recovery, and so much more.
- One-time personalized caloric intake/macro breakdown to help get you started.
- Unlimited email support from me throughout the challenge.
- Functional fun fitness classes offered each week consisting of upper/lower body split strength days, 1 functional cardio day, and 1 full body compound lift day.
- Optional Groupme chat with myself and all of the challengers. You’ll be able to share recipes, struggles and offer support with one another
Here’s some components I will look at to qualify as a winner!
- 2 Inbody scans required (one before challenge and one after)
- Most consistent
- Most body fat lost
- Most muscle gained
- Biggest attitude and mindset change
*If you DON’T want to do the Inbody scan, you can still receive my weekly emails and follow along throughout the 6 weeks. But, you will NOT be eligible to win without the Inbody scan.
